WhatsApp Group Guidelines

These rules aim to foster a positive and respectful environment within the WhatsApp community group.
  • Be respectful: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Avoid engaging in personal attacks, offensive language, or discrimination of any kind.

  • No spam: Refrain from posting repetitive messages, advertisements, or irrelevant promotions.

  • Think before you post: Verify the accuracy of information before sharing it. Misleading or false information should not be shared.

  • Respect privacy: Do not share personal information of other members without their consent.

  • Use appropriate language: Refrain from using vulgar or offensive language. Keep the group conversations friendly and inclusive.

  • No hate speech: Avoid sharing content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups.

  • Respect admin instructions: Follow the guidelines provided by the group admins and moderators.

  • Report issues: If you encounter any problems or concerns within the group, please report them to the admins in a respectful manner. The Group Administrator/s reserve the right to remove any group member who does not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Avoid making assumptions: passing judgment, or pre-emptively addressing issues without enquiring. Given the influx of daily messages and numerous emerging issues, it's possible to overlook crucial information. Prioritize clarification by asking questions before making assumptions

  • Volunteers are Welcome: Take the initiative to help when you can; avoid expecting others to resolve community challenges on your behalf. Express gratitude rather than criticism if someone helps you and remember, you could become the next community problem solver.
